1. About the platform

Tollabi Online is a classes management platform for teachers, students, guardians and assistants: classes and sessions, QR or manual attendance, homework and grading, and guardian follow-up.

The platform is an organizational tool only. The teaching content, the session times and the lesson prices are set by the teacher, who is responsible for them.

2. Accounts

• Accounts are created with an email address verified by a one-time code (OTP) sent to it, and a phone number; the registered data must be accurate.
• You are responsible for keeping your password secret and for everything done through your account. Tell us immediately if you suspect unauthorized use.
• Student accounts are activated once a teacher accepts their join request, guardian accounts once the student accepts the guardianship request, and assistant accounts once the teacher accepts them, with the permissions the teacher chooses.
• Accounts that are not activated within a month of registration may be deleted automatically.
• Students under 18 must use the platform with their guardian's knowledge and consent.

3. Users' responsibilities

• Teachers are responsible for their students and classes, for the accuracy of attendance and grades, and for the permissions they give their assistants.
• Do not upload illegal, offensive or infringing content, or use the platform to harass other users.
• Do not try to access data or accounts that aren't yours, or manipulate attendance (e.g. sharing a session QR code with people who are not present).
• Do not use the platform through bots or try to disrupt or break into it.

4. Subscriptions and payments (teachers)

• Teacher subscription plans are available at the prices and with the features shown on the subscriptions page at the time of subscribing.
• Payments are currently made by InstaPay or mobile wallet transfer to the number shown on the payment page, with a photo of the transfer receipt.
• The plan is activated after the platform team reviews and confirms the transfer. A payment may be rejected, with the reason, if the transfer doesn't match the amount or details.
• A plan starts on its activation date and is not renewed automatically. We send a reminder before it ends; when it ends the account goes back to the free plan and your data is kept.
• Payments are not refundable once the plan is activated, except for a transfer mistake or if we cannot provide the service for a reason on our side, after contacting us.

5. Content and ownership

Content you upload (homework, answers, files) remains yours. You grant us the right to store it and show it only to the users concerned, to provide the service.

The platform's name, logo, design and software belong to Tollabi Online and may not be copied or used without permission.

6. Suspending and deleting accounts

You can delete your account at any time from your account page. We may suspend or delete any account that breaks these terms.

7. Limitation of liability

We do our best to keep the platform stable and secure, but it is provided "as is" and outages or temporary interruptions can happen. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for disputes between teachers and students or guardians, or for indirect losses resulting from using the platform.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms and will notify you of material changes on the platform. Continuing to use the platform after an update means you accept it.

9. Governing law and contact

These terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt.
